Greeting guests to the La Quinta Resort & Club in the Coachella Valley near Palm Springs is this beautiful fountain. I feel compelled to photograph it from a different angle on each visit. This view was captured on our last visit during the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournaments held at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden last year.
Walter H. Morgan opened the La Quinta Hotel on December 29, 1926. Ninety-four years later, it still holds the classic Old California luxury resort style and vibe.
